O despachante Osmanir Cestari (foto) faleceu hoje à tarde em Maringá, aos 63 anos. Ele era vereador em Astorga, eleito pela coligação PP-PMDB. Em seu lugar assume Fábio Rossi Mathias, o Fabinho Mecânico (PP).
