Tudo bem que vem reforma do Centro Social Urbano de Maringá, contratada por quase R$ 1 milhão pela prefeitura, mas quem frequenta a quadra coberta reclama da manutenção da iluminação do local. Ali, há várias lâmpadas queimadas.
